Worldwide shipping: The delivery costs are paid by the customer based on the weight of the package and the country you reside in.

Terms of Delivery

Delivery time: 2 to 3 open days in metropolitan France

The delivery time depends on the destination from mainland France. Prices are defined in relation to the weight of the product purchased, with proof of deposit, delivery against signature. Rates calculated automatically when you place your order. We will deliver the products to the address indicated in the order form. The direct delivery of the goods to the customer, by Chronopost, by Colissimo with tracking, so you can follow the progress of your package at any time.

We use recycled packaging.

Delivery time: We will deliver to you no later than the date indicated in your order confirmation message.
The company undertakes to deliver the product within three (3) days of its subscription. Possibility to consolidate several orders on a single date for a single delivery. Make sure your shipping address is correct. In the event that the ordered product is unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible. We will offer you a product of equivalent quality or price.

Satisfied or refunded: terms and conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal. 
In accordance with the legal provisions, within 14 days of receiving your product, you can exercise your right of withdrawal. You do not have to give reasons or pay a penalty. Except the return costs, which remain at your expense, we will refund you all sums paid within 30 days of your withdrawal at the latest. Refund of the price of the product and any initial delivery and return costs. For a damaged package, you have the option to take photos of the damage to the package, when receiving the damaged package/or the altered inner product, it is always best to attach photos, which will serve as proof, to your registered mail or an e-mail. When a parcel arrives damaged at a customer's home, it is advisable to refuse it and to indicate the reasons for refusal on the delivery note, failing which on the invoice. The customer can open the package upon delivery before signing the receipt note. We advise you to open the package in front of the carrier.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyers. If the returned item is not in the original condition, any loss in value is the responsibility of the buyer. The return period is 14 days from the date of receipt of your order.

You can receive a heavy and bulky package of up to 30 kg. The shipment of the package depends on the country you reside in and is determined by the cost of delivery, port fees, and duties. You also have the possibility to pick up large, heavy packages on site.

Chrono 10: Next day delivery between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. on working days in more than 25,000 municipalities in metropolitan France. The list of eligible Chrono 10 postal codes is on (chronopost.fr), also including overseas collectivities (COM).

Customs Clearance Services

Import fees for shipments from a country outside the European Union (EU), customs rules will apply when the product enters France, including restrictions and, beyond exemptions, taxation, see grants (VAT and customs duties), are the responsibility of the customer, and can therefore be claimed during the shipment of your lot.
